Welcome to the 3500 South Project Web Site
UDOT will widen and improve 3500 South to three lanes in each direction from Decker Lake Drive to Bangerter Highway. The project has been divided into two sections. The section of 3500 South between Decker Lake Drive and 2700 West has been fully designed and a definite construction timeframe is pending funding availability. Design is also complete on the second section, between 2700 West and Bangerter Highway, and UDOT is in the process of wrapping up the right-of-way acquisition process. Construction in this stretch is anticipated to begin by late summer/early fall 2008.
