- Construction began early November 2008
- Utility Relocations on the roadway's outer edges
- Traffic routed to middle of roadway
Spring 2009 - fall 2009
- South half of roadway will be reconstructed
- Traffic moved to north side of roadway
Fall 2009 - summer 2010*
- North half of roadway will be reconstructed
- Traffic moved to south side of roadway
- Project completion planned for summer 2010
*The contractor has been offered an incentive for early completion.
