The Bluff Street Study will be conducted in two phases.

Phase One will identify project needs and existing conditions, develop potential alternatives to meet project needs and identify environmental resources.

Phase Two will refine the analysis of progressed alternatives, analyze impacts of alternatives and provide a recommendation for Bluff Street improvements.

The Bluff Street Study will proceed as follows:

2010 Feb Project kickoff at Dixie Transportation Expo
June Evaluate project needs and existing conditions
June - Feb Project hold to update traffic projections
2011 Mar 8 Public meeting to present potential alternatives and solicit feedback
Apr - Nov Evaluate environmental impacts of
potential alternatives
Nov - Jan Finalize Bluff Street recommendations
2012 Jan Public hearing and comment period
Apr Federal Highway Administration decision
