- The Environmental Section provides services and tools for successful environmental stewardship and streamlining with expertise in natural and cultural resources, landscape architecture, and NEPA documentation and decision-making.
- The Hydraulics Section manages the bridge scour program, hydrologic and hydraulic design, and roadway drainage.
- The Geotechnical Section provides geotechnical evaluation, design, testing and drilling services.
