On June 16, UDOT issued the Request for Proposal (RFP) for I-15 CORE. The RFP and the associated informational documents is available in digital format on a set of 8 DVDS. The DVDs are being made available with the following stipulations and conditions:

• This information is the property of UDOT and is only relevant to development of the I-15 improvements approved in the EIS. It should not be used for other purposes.
• UDOT makes no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, adequacy, applicability, fitness or completeness of this information. Reliance upon this information shall be at the user's risk, and UDOT shall have no liability or obligation as a result of the information, including for any conclusions drawn from the information.
• This information is preliminary and subject to change.
• This information will require specific software to open, view and use. The required software includes: Bentley InRoads XM Edition V8.9, Bentley MicroStation XM Edition V8.9, CUBE 5.0.1, Adobe Acrobat.

Those wishing to receive a copy of the RFP must agree to the terms here stated.

Requested DVD sets will be available at the I-15 CORE project office. A reproduction fee of $100 per set will be charged (certified check only).
