Innovate 80 consists of projects on or near the I-80 corridor. The purpose of this site is to help provide detailed information regarding these projects so you are aware and can plan for and navigate around construction as well as to understand how innovation is saving time and money.

What's Happening Now

I-80 State to 1300 East : The I-80, State Street to 1300 East project is 99% complete and all ramps are open. Crews will be on-site through December finishing painting, fencing and landscaping. There are no traffic restrictions at this time. More

S.R. 201 from 5600 West to Bangerter Highway : 5600 West and Bangerter Highway on- and off-ramps are open. Westbound lanes are open to three lanes, eastbound lanes are open to two lanes. Both directions subject to lane closures; use I-80 as an alternate. More

S.R. 201 Widening S.R. 202 to I-80 : S.R. 201 from S.R. 202 to I-80, is closed until December 4, 2009. More

I-80 Eastbound at 2300 East : Sunday, Dec. 20 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I-80 eastbound will be restricted to two lanes at 2300 E.
