Our Mission is to :

• Enhance highway safety by reducing crashes, injuries and fatalities involving large trucks and buses,
• Facilitate commerce by deploying state-of-the-art technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ports of entry operations, and
• Protect and preserve Utah’s highway infrastructure by monitoring the size and weight
  of commercial motor vehicles and properly permitting and routing oversize and heavy
  loads.
