Access “Project Explorer”.  You will find to the right of login the key “Submit Bids Here”.  A demo view key is also available at the same location.

1. Use the UDOT EBS bid module. 
2. “Save” your test bid under Transmit Bid.  This will encrypt your file and save your test bid to your local selected drive.
3. “Submit Bids” will ask you to select the project number and will offer a browse option to select the appropriate directory and test project for submission.
4. “Submit Bids” will be available for 24 hours prior to the 2:00 pm test bid open date for test projects.
