Partners
The Mountain View Corridor team partnered with multiple federal, state and local agencies throughout the environmental study and design phases of the project. With the Salt Lake County project under construction, the team appreciates the continued cooperation and partnership with local government and other agencies in the project area, as well as with residents and businesses.
Particularly, we enjoy working with the staff and leaders of the surrounding communities, including:

Partners for the Road Ahead
UDOT has created a resource tool for businesses known as "Partners for the Road Ahead." This guide provides information specifically for business owners to use during road construction projects.
A few of the tips from the guide:
- Stay informed about the project: This will help you know what changes are coming so you can plan your promotional strategies accordingly.
- Think "outside the box": The challenges of road construction will require you to anticipate possible impacts and develop creative solutions to mitigate them.
- Work with neighboring businesses: By working together and pooling resources you are able to do more.
- Inform your patrons and employees: UDOT is committed to keeping you informed and your access open. You will be responsible to pass the word on.
- Make construction work for you: Offering construction promotions can be one way to help patrons return again and again.
- Stay positive: Road construction is temporary and by keeping a positive outlook, you will be better able to work with the construction impacts and keep your customers coming back.
