Double-click to zoom in, and drag to pan.  Hold down the shift key and drag to zoom to a particular area.

* Note:   Large Multiple Phase Projects can consist of smaller projects in various stages of progress.   Look for
                 a summary of Large Multiple Phase Projects with either 'In Design' or 'Under Construction' status.
