Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)

The Final EIS was released on February 7, 2007. The Final EIS was released as an abbreviated Final EIS that describes only the changes that were made to the document since its release in Draft EIS form. The comment period for the Final EIS ended on April 6, 2007.
