Welcome to the SR-30, 1400 West to Main Street Environmental Study Web Site.

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), in consultation with the Cache Metropolitan Organization (CMPO) and Logan City, has hired Jacques & Associates to conduct a study for a direct connection of SR-30 and US-89 in the vicinity of 400 North to help improve east-west traffic flow. The study corridor is approximately 1.7 miles long and extends from 1400 West to Main Street in Logan, Utah.

The CMPO plans recognize that there are limited options available for an east-west route out of Cache Valley and also identifies this connection as one of many projects necessary to help alleviate congestion on Main Street. Planning for the future not only requires routes that are able to serve commerce needs associated with the growth of Logan, but also address the important relationship to neighboring cities and towns.

This web site has been developed to provide you with the latest information on the project, including upcoming events, recent changes, and updates. You can also find project background, maps and figures, how to participate, contact information, and more importantly, a place to offer your comments.
