• Construction on State Street is anticipated to be complete in Summer 2008. Major work items include placing the medians, landscaping the medians and shoulders, and placing the final asphalt seal coat and striping.
• Construction on 9000 South is anticipated to be complete in mid- to late Summer 2008. Crews will be fully reconstructing and widening 9000 South along with utility upgrades.

What traffic lanes will remain open?
Two lanes in each direction will remain open on 9000 South. Motorists should expect delays when traveling through the area. To view the traffic control plan for 9000 South, click here.

State Street will have 2 lanes in each direction open while median construction and landscaping are underway. Additional lane closures may take place as needed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

What is the best way to access businesses in the construction area?
Businesses in the construction area are open throughout the corridor.  Driveway accesses are being maintained by the contractor and your patronage is appreciated.  In order to facilitate a smooth traffic flow we encourage you to approach businesses with a right turn and exit with a right turn.  Planning ahead in this way will save you time and increase your safety.
