Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Methodology Comment Period and Public Meeting

UDOT is currently developing the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for Federal fiscal years 2025-2027. The draft DBE Goal and Methodology Report can be found on the UDOT Civil Rights webpage.
Comments may be provided to UDOT by sending an email to civilrights@utah.gov. The document will be available for review and comment from August 5, 2024 to Sept 4, 2024 on the UDOT Civil Rights webpage. Only comments related specifically to the DBE goal and the development of the goal will be accepted. All other UDOT or DBE-program related comments should be directed to the appropriate contact provided on the UDOT website.
A public meeting via webinar will be held on Wednesday August 21, 2024 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held virtually. The link and information for this meeting are found on the Civil Rights webpage.
