Federal Guidance Letters
In accordance with Utah Code 63G-16-302, which was enacted by 2025 S.B. 198, any Federal Guidance Letters received by UDOT will be posted on this page. Letters are posted by date, newest to oldest.
We’ve been made aware that some Utahns are receiving a text message asking for personal information and money for a toll service. Do not respond or give any information. This is part of a nation-wide scam. UDOT’s databases have not been compromised. Some examples of scam texts are shown below.
