This project will preserve Utah's infrastructure by applying cost effective treatments before major rehabilitation is required. This preservation effort will include lane leveling and overlay in various locations through the project. The Project will then place a chip seal over the entire length of the project to seal cracks, improve ride quality and increase skid resistance.
