Highway Safety Improvement This project proposes to install new "No Pass" pennant signs on various routes in Washington, Iron, Beaver, Kane, Garfield Millard, Piute, Sevier, Sanpete, and Wayne Counties. More specifically routes US-89, SR-63, SR-143, SR-22, SR-219, SR-148, SR-56, SR-318, SR-160, SR-271, SR-130, SR-21, SR-159, SR-72, SR-174, SR-116, SR-133 & SR-161. Consistent highway signs help road users interpret, understand, and respond to the intended messages correctly. This project will replace and improve highway signs on Utah roadways.
