Thru Turns were installed at the intersections of Hill Field and Main (West side) and Hill Field and Gordon Ave (East side). Left turn and through access at the mall (at Gordon Ave) was restricted as well. Traffic from the mall will be spread across the other access points, aiding in the elimination of congestion so close to the interstate. An additional left turn lane was added to the northbound to westbound turn lanes at Gordon Ave and Main Street on the west side. An additional lane was added under the I-15 structures in each direction. The interchange at Hill Field Road was reconstructed.
