Description
This project will remove (rotomill) and replace 1.5" of existing asphalt and then apply a cost effective microsurface treatment to the surface of the roadway. This treatment will extend the life of the pavement, improve ride quality, and increase skid resistance. The project will be completed by Fall of 2015.
