The Utah Department of Transportation resurfaced a four-mile segment of State Route 77 from U.S. 89 (Main Street) to 2600 West and S.R. 265 (University Parkway) from Geneva Road to the bridge over the Union Pacific and UTA FrontRunner lines. As part of UDOT’s pavement maintenance program, construction crews placed a thin layer of asphalt (called a microsurface) to seal the existing pavement and extend the life of the roadway. In addition to this work, crews repaired the bridge transition areas where 400 South crosses over the Union Pacific Railroad tracks at approximately 1500 West.
This project has been completed.
