Project Overview
The USDA Forest Service and Salt Lake County are working with UDOT to install a new parking lot at the old Grit Mill location (MP 4.35-4.56). This project will increase the availability of designated parking areas by providing 32 parking stalls, 2 handicap parking stalls, and a restroom facility. It will also align the new parking lot entrance with a realignment of Wasatch Resort Road. Construction activity is expected through Fall 2020.
