Rehabilitation High Volume HSIP - Highway Safety Improvement
Starting April 12th, UDOT will begin construction on S.R. 12 near Bryce Canyon National Park. The project will extend the life of the roadway and enhance safety by rehabilitating the pavement and constructing a roundabout.
- Rehabilitating 17 miles of pavement
- Constructing a new roundabout at the S.R. 12 and S.R. 63 intersection to reduce speeds, increase traffic calming, improve visibility and enhance navigation for travelers
- Reconstructing pedestrian ramps
- Installing new pavement striping, signs and roadside markers
Approximate Completion Date: Mid-September 2021
Work Hours: 7am - Suns et (Mon. - Fri.), Except Holidays, Occasional night work
