The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has made improvements at the intersection of Main Street and State Street. The project  realigned the intersection, added a dedicated southbound thru lane, lengthened the westbound right turn lane, and extended the third eastbound thru lane to 300 West. These upgrades will enhance safety and improve the operation of the intersection by relieving traffic congestion. 

The project is substantially completed. Crews will return the first week of November to apply a second coat of paint to the pavement markings. A few other various items of work are also being finished.
