New traffic signal lights will be installed at the intersection of State Route 164 and Mill Road. As part of the improvement to this intersection there will be some widening of the intersection at the corners to facilitate turn movements, as well as new acceleration and deceleration lanes from the intersection. The road surface will also receive a chip seal application from milepost 1.5 to milepost 2.07.
