Northern Corridor - BLM ROW Application Support

• This funding was dedicated to providing the documentation and support needed to apply for a grant of right-or-way on federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).  

• The granted right-of-way passes through BLM lands and construction will be in accordance with a Final Plan of Development document required by the agency.
