The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will begin resurfacing and increasing safety on SR-158 from Pineview Reservoir to Powder Mountain resort beginning next week. This project will include asphalt replacement in some areas, chip seal throughout the project corridor, guardrail replacement and new culverts.

Crews have completed paving for the year and will be raising manholes along portions of the roadway in the coming weeks. Motorists can expect intermittent lane closures as this work takes place. Crews will return in the spring to install new guardrail in some areas and will add a layer of chip seal along the whole project corridor from Pineview Reservoir to Powder Mountain.
