Segment Five is an eight-mile portion of the Southern Parkway completing the overall connection between I-15 in the south and SR-9 in the north. It is located entirely within the City of Hurricane. Segment Five was constructed from 4300 West to SR-9.
The SR-7 (Southern Parkway); Sand Hollow to SR-9 Project is now open to the public.
