- If “Yes”, then Q:”Does it have a GVWR greater than 10,000 pounds?”
- If “Yes”, then You ARE subject to the FMCSRs.
- If “No”, then Q: “Do you transport placarded amounts of Hazardous Materials?”
- If “Yes”, then You ARE subject to the FMCSRs.
- If “No”, then Q: “Is it designed or used to transport more than 15 passengers?”
- If “Yes”, then You ARE subject to the FMCSRs.
- If “No”, then Q: “Is it designed or used to transport more than 8 passengers (including the driver) for compensation?
- If “Yes”, then Q: “Is it used in interstate commerce?”
